'Champions Challenge'
Bury Girls & Ladies FC have been asked to enter an Under 13's team to represent the town of Bury in this years Greater Manchester Youth Games in Gorton, not to far from the Shamless Estate , so 'Scatter' if you would like to come and watch. Along with our own U13s team we have invited Year 8 girls from Westbury & Walshaw Football Clubs to send their finest players to come down every Tuesday night between 6pm-7pm at Broadoak School Astro pitches in Bury and be trained by David Diaz of Bury Centre of Excellence, who is a qualified Level 2 coach, who also has a Uefa B coaching badge, and was also a player for Sporting Lisbon ( PORTUGUAL ) and his country Angola. Elton Girls FC U13's will be training with us on Wednesday nights due to them training themselves on Tuesday's , again we will be looking at their elite players to represent the town. Over the next month or so a squad of the best players in Bury will be selected to represent the town. If their are any other Year 8 girls out there who would like to get involved with Bury Girls and Ladies FC, then please come down to training on a Wednesday night between 6pm-7pm ask for Graham Lightbown or give him a call on 07740 606820.

About the Club
Bury Girls and Ladies FC has been established for 12 years.
Bury Girls and Ladies FC is the only all girls football club in Bury.
Our teams play in the North Valley Junior Football League, Bolton, Bury & District Football League, West Lancs Girls League with our Ladies Team playing in the North West Women's Regional Premier League.
We cater for all girls who wish to play football and warmly welcome girls from age 5/6 years upwards.
